The Heart and Soul Show is the first reality television show based in North Carolina focusing on an independent record label and the lifestyle of southern soul/blues artists. The reality series follows the daily grind of record label executive Jerry Flood as he consults with his “voice of reason”, his promoters, sponsors and artists, managing to run a business in a non-traditional market.  The series is a present day documentary on becoming an established brand in the entertainment industry outside of Los Angeles, New York or the Dirty South (Atlanta).
